	Colour: A bright straw yellow with attractive greenish highlights.
	Nose: Expressive and intense. Prominent aromas of fresh white fruit (apple, pear) accompanied by delicate floral notes (rose and lavender) and subtle hints of citrus.
	Mouth: Light, fresh and very well-balanced, with an acidity that complements the sweetness perfectly and a pleasantly fruity, lingering finish.
