At the Baronía Shop we have created a pleasant, comfortable and safe environment for you to enjoy our products through a simple and intuitive purchasing process.

Follow these steps to receive our products in the address provided as soon as possible:

These terms and conditions will govern the trade relationship between the customers of the Baronía Shop ( and LA BARONÍA, who will be able to manage the process of purchasing, invoicing, delivery, claims and after-sales service via third party service providers.

When completing a purchase, the customer declares to have read these terms and conditions and also accepts them.

1. Previous information

1.1. There is a trade relationship between the buyer in the LA BARONÍA Online Shop ( – hereinafter, the “Customer”­ and LA BARONÍA, who will be able to manage the process of purchasing, invoicing, delivery, claims and after-sales service via third party service providers.

The trade relationship between the Customer and LA BARONÍA, including the purchase of any of the goods and products offered in the Shop (hereinafter, the “Products”), is governed by these terms and conditions.

When the Shop receives complaints or claims from the Customer, by any of the means made available to it at all times, it will process them as soon as possible and within a period not exceeding 14 days following receipt.

2. Acces and use of the shop

2.1. In order to purchase Products in the Shop, Customers must complete the relevant electronic form available in the Shop, following the instructions indicated and agreeing to provide, exclusively, accurate and true data for the purpose of managing the purchase and customer service process as well as sending newsletters, building customer loyalty and determining consumer preferences or, where appropriate, managing availability alerts of products of interest.

2.2. If the Customer wishes to register, he/she must additionally select a user name and a password which are safety elements and allow the purchase in the Shop and facilitate their identification in subsequent purchases, the creation and access to the purchase history, the management of preferences and notifications. These data are confidential and for personal and non-transferable use.

Once the Customer has registered, the Shop will send a confirmation of registration to the email account provided by the Customer.

The Customer shall be solely responsible for the proper custody and confidentiality of the password, so it shall be understood that third parties that may use it do so with the consent and on behalf of the Customer.

2.3. It shall be understood that all purchases of Products in the Shop, after identification and authentication via the user name and password, have been validly made by the Customer, and will be binding, and therefore the Customer will be exclusively responsible for any purchase of Products made with his/her user name and password.

2.4. Customers must always be of legal age. Thus, the Shop reserves the right to refuse a purchase if it suspects that it may be made by a minor.

2.5. The use of the Shop, browsing through it and/or the purchase of any Product imply the acceptance by the Customer, in full and without any reservation whatsoever, of these terms and conditions. If the Customer does not wish to accept all or any of the applicable Terms and Conditions, he/she may simply not access or use the Shop.

2.6. The legal relationship arising from the registration as a Customer of the Shop is of indefinite duration, provided that both the Customer and LA BARONÍA may unilaterally resolve or suspend it at any time and without any other cause than their willingness to do so. This solution or suspension will not affect any obligations derived from previous purchases or orders.

3. Information and availability of products

3.1. The Products that can be purchased in the Shop are those that, along with their essential characteristics and price, appear at all times displayed in the Shop. Before confirming the order, the shipping costs applied according to these terms and conditions will also be displayed.

3.2. Promotions will be duly indicated as such.

3.3. All orders and purchases in the Shop are subject to effective availability at the time of purchase.

4. Prices and shipping costs

4.1. The price of each Product will always be shown in the applicable currency and will include, where applicable, all relevant taxes. If the Shop identifies a mistake in the price of the Products, it will inform the Customer and he or she will have the option of confirming his/her order at the correct price or, failing this, cancelling the order free of charge.

4.2. The price of the Products does not include shipping costs, which shall be borne by the Customer, unless expressly indicated otherwise. The Customer will be duly informed of the amount of these costs, which will be itemised before confirming the order and the payment.

4.3. Shipping costs will depend on the Product purchased and the destination of the Products among other circumstances.

4.4. The prices and shipping costs shown in the Shop apply exclusively to the Products offered in the Shop and as long as they are published. The Shop expressly reserves the right to change the prices at any time through publication in the Shop. However, the current prices indicated in the Shop at the time of the order will be applied to each order.

5. Purchasing process

5.1. In order to buy Products, the Customer must select the desired Product and add it to the Shopping Cart, according to the instructions given in the Shop.

5.2. Once the purchase has been made, LA BARONÍA will send the Customer, to the e-mail address provided by the Customer, a confirmation of the purchase made which will serve as receipt of the transaction.

5.3. The Customer may request the invoice for his or her purchase at the e-mail address or the phone number 962 526 011 ext. 5 The order confirmation and the proof of purchase will not be a valid invoice.

5.4. In accordance with these terms and conditions, the Shop is restricted to persons of legal age, so that before making any purchase in the Shop, the Customer declares and states that he/she is of legal age and also declares that, in any case, he/she has the minimum legal age for purchasing and consuming alcohol products in his/her location. It will be understood that if the Customer misrepresents this statement and purchases any of these products and does not meet this requirement, he/she exclusively assumes all the legal consequences that may arise from this.

6. Method of payment

6.1. The Customer must follow the instructions provided in the Shop. Payment for the Products and shipping costs can only be made by credit or debit cards or other methods of payment available from the Shop at all times.

In any case, the use in particular of any available methods of payment will be subject to checks and authorisations by the entities responsible for them. Therefore, if the corresponding entity does not authorise the payment, the purchase process will be terminated and the order will be automatically cancelled.

When payment is authorised, the price of the Products, their taxes and the shipping costs will be charged when the order is placed.

6.2. For the purposes of electronic payment, the Shop uses an e-commerce payment gateway. The payment details provided by the Customers are encrypted to guarantee maximum safety during the payment process and are used exclusively by the payment gateway to verify the validity of the method of payment used.

7. Shipment and delivery of the Products

The Shop is responsible and knows the current Spanish legislation, the only country to which the products purchased in this electronic commerce are sent.

7.1. The Shop offers the customer a standard shipping method whose delivery time may vary between 1 day and 10 working days; however, when the customer needs to receive the order within a specific time period, he/she can request a shipping quote with guaranteed delivery time by sending an e-mail to or by calling 962 526 011 ext. 5.

The availability of this option will depend on several factors, such as the Shop’s own decision to offer or not that particular shipping method, the type of Product and other factors. The Shop does not guarantee the availability of this shipping method at all times.

7.2. The relevant transport costs will be indicated to the Customer during the purchase process.

7.3. Home delivery address: Products purchased in the Shop will be sent to the mailing address provided by the Customer. The mailing address may not be a post office box or public places, such as public roads, squares, stations, airports or similar locations. Once the shipping and invoicing details have been recorded, any changes to these details must be made by calling 962 526 011 ext.5 . These changes may cause delays in delivery times. If this is case, complaints about delivery times will not be accepted.

7.4. The expected delivery time in the Standard Delivery mode shall be between 1 and 7 working days in Spain (except for island territories, where the expected delivery time will be between 3 and 10 working days). Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national or local bank holidays from the time the order is verified, except in cases of force majeure, always bearing in mind that orders verified after the cut-off time (1 pm) will count as recorded the following day, as they cannot be prepared on the same day.

7.5. These deadlines may vary depending on the unavailability of stock of items of the order, as well as on specific dates of busy periods, such as the Christmas sale, and compliance with the published deadlines is not guaranteed Under no circumstances will the amount paid for standard delivery be refunded on orders of less than €70 if the deadline is not met during the Christmas period between 1 December and 6 January.

7.6. In cases of Home Delivery, if delivery of the Product to the address provided on the first attempt is refused or not possible, a second attempt will be made on the same day or on successive days. If delivery is not possible on this second attempt either, the Product will be returned to the Shop. The costs of transport and return will be borne by the Customer and the price of the Products that could not be delivered will be refunded using the same method of payment that the Customer used to make the initial purchase.

7.7. The proof of purchase will be sent together with the Product(s).

7.8. If, for any reason the Shop does not meet its obligation to deliver within the time limit set, or within a time limit specifically agreed with the Shop, the Customer will summon the Shop to deliver within an additional time limit best adapted to the circumstances of the case. If the Shop does not deliver within this additional period, the Customer is entitled to terminate the contract. In case of termination of the contract the Shop will return the amounts paid by the Customer as soon as possible.

Note: The days to which the delivery times refer to always count as working days, weekends and public holidays are not included. Orders checked after 1pm will count as recorded the following day, as they cannot be prepared on the same day.

8. Cancellation

Customers who purchase Products via the Shop may cancel the purchase without having to justify their decision by withdrawing from the contract.

The maximum period available to the Customer to send its communication is 14 calendar days after reception of the Products.

The Customer must return the purchased Products in perfect condition (not damaged, not soiled, not opened), correctly protected and in their original packaging. Before returning the Product, the Customer must ensure that it is properly protected and sealed and that no damage has been sustained during transit.

Once the returned Products have been received by the Shop and after checking that they are in good condition, the amount corresponding to the returned items will be reimbursed using the same method of payment that the Customer used for the initial purchase.

The cost of returning goods that may be charged to the Customer shall be the equivalent to the corresponding transport fee by ordinary mail.

The Shop reserves the right to pass on the costs generated if the Product is not in perfect condition.

Withdrawal will not be appropriate when, due to the very nature of the Products acquired, it cannot be done, without prejudice to the corresponding claim for damages, including, specifically: (i) Products made according to the consumer’s indications or specifications or that have been customised for the consumer; (ii) Products that are not in perfect condition.

9. General guarantee

For the application of the guarantee provided for in the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, and without prejudice to the Shop’s power to check for defects, their origin and the time of their appearance, the Customer must request the collection of the defective Product within a maximum period of two months from the time the defect is detected, and must inform The Shop in writing about the nature of the problem, the time and the conditions of its appearance. The exception is for perishable products in which case this period is reduced to one month.

10. Product quality guarantees

All the products in the shop have been subjected to a careful quality control, and are marketed according to the standards approved by the brand.

If the Customer considers that a Product is not in suitable conditions for consumption, he/she must contact the Customer Service Department LA BARONIA as soon as possible, via by e-mail to or by phone to the number 962526011 to inform about the nature of the problem, the moment and the conditions of its appearance.

In order to apply the quality guarantee, and without prejudice to the Shop’s right to check the defects, their origin and the time when they appeared, the Customer must request collection of the defective Product immediately after the defect has been determined.

If the Shop verifies that the defect that is the subject of the complaint is due to the Customer’s fault or that it is in good condition, the Product will be sent back to the Customer who will be responsible for the costs of collection, return and reshipment.

11. Personal details

12. General terms

LA BARONÍA provides these terms and conditions well in advance, in accordance with current legislation, so that they can be consulted, stored and reproduced.

If any provision of these Conditions was declared null and void or inapplicable, in whole or in part, by any Court, Tribunal or competent administrative authority, such nullity or inapplicability shall not affect the remaining provisions. In this case, the clause or clauses affected will be replaced by other clauses that have the same effects as those replaced.

13. Applicable timetable

In the Shop, all terms and references to business days or working days will be understood with reference to the Spanish National Working Calendar.

14. Applicable law

At their own choice, the parties submit themselves to the courts of the user’s address for the resolution of conflicts and renounce any other jurisdiction.
