This morning, our director participated in a Wine Tourism Conference at Fundación Valenciana de Estudios Avanzados talking about “La Quinta Dimensión Vitivinícola”.
In it, she has reviewed a little the history of our winery, its beginnings and how they have had to adapt to the new needs and tastes of society, something not easy, since the marking is increasingly fragmented, and the distribution every more and more concentrated.
Exports are gaining weight today, and that means adapting to the tastes of different markets, traditional products coexist with our products from specific markets.
Quite a challenge for our small winery.
