Description

Monovarietal white wine from DO Valencia, made from Malmsey grapes picked by hand when they reach the optimum moment of maturity, looking for a good acidity and balanced sugar. After a low temperature maceration, fermentation takes place with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks. After bottling, the wine remains in the bottle for a while in the cellar before being released on the market.

It is a perfect wine to accompany white meats and fish in sauce, smoked dishes, rice and semi-cured cheeses. Serving temperature: 9-10ºC.
