1920 is a highly expressive red wine from the DO Valencia, which comes from selected own vineyards, cultivated in a traditional way and of low production with balanced maturity of sugar and polyphenols. Area with a strong Mediterranean climate. Maceration-fermentation at 25ºC in horizontal rotating tanks in order to prolong the maceration time without the extraction of aggressive tannins. After fermentation, a post-fermentative maceration is carried out until bleeding according to organoleptic criteria. Malolactic fermentation in vertical tanks. Ageing in French and Hungarian oak barrels until mid-June. Subsequent blending of the different varieties and bottling.

It is an ideal wine to accompany rice dishes, game, cold meats and red meats. Serving temperature: 16-18ºC.
