Description

Organically produced wine made from grapes from organic farming, following the traditional method and respecting the character and natural authenticity of the grapes.

Food pairing

Red meats, stews, casseroles, pulses and roasts. All kinds of Mediterranean dishes.

Tasting notes

	Colour: Medium-high robe, cherry red.
	Nose: Very complex on the nose, with a broad reminiscence of cherries and plums, mixed with spicy aromas and cinnamon, balsamic notes.
	Mouth: Smooth flavour, ample, fleshy and with good structure. Round and persistent finish.
