Red wine from DO Valencia made from grapes from our best low-yield vineyards and bunches of small grain, subjected to exhaustive controls and harvested manually. After a pre-fermentation maceration in order to extract the greatest amount of color and aromas, alcoholic fermentation is carried out with selected yeasts and at a controlled temperature. Once the malolactic fermentation has taken place, the wine is subjected to a period of aging in French oak barrels as well as in Eastern Europe ones, which gives way to a subsequent aging in the bottle after which the wine is ready to be consumed.

Perfect to enjoy with appetizers, cheeses, sausages, red meat, game and rice. Serve preferably between 16º-18ºC.
