Elaboración
Prepared using hand-picked malvasia grapes when optimally ripe to thus seek good acidity and balanced sugar.
After macerating at low temperature, fermentation takes place with selected yeasts in stainless steel vats.
After being bottled, wine remains in cava bottles for a time before being placed on the market.

Colour: A bright straw yellow with light steely tones on the edge.
Nariz
Nose: An interesting range of aromas ,which include summer fruit aromas like peach, spicy aromas, roasted aromas, dried fruits, vanilla, and subtle citrus aromas. Mean intensity.
Boca
Mouth: An elegant, medium-bodied balanced wine that is mild to drink.

FOOD PAIRING

Maridaje
White meats and sh served in sauces, smoked food, rice dishes and semi-cured cheeses. Temperature served at: 9-10ºC.

White winemaking from mavasia grapes coming from the sunniest parts of Turís. After maceration with alcohol and aromatic herbs extracts. Finally, sweetening and acidity correction to get an interesting balance between sweetness, acidity and bitterness.

Colour: Mahogany-orange, shinny medium cape.
Nose
Nose: High intensity with underbrush herbs aromas, eucalyptus, citrus, nuts and cinnamon.
Mouth
Mouth: Powerful and thick entrance. Well integrated and balanced sensations, being highlighted a bitterness typical from this product.
FOOD PAIRING

Food Pairing
To drink on the rock with a slice of orange. Ideal to enjoy it by itself, or with smoked snacks, pickles and salted fish. Serve at 5ªC.

Winemaking
The production of this wine begins in the vineyard, with the selection of vines with low yield and small clusters, looking for healthy grapes and with the optimum quality to produce a wine that can be aged for a long period. Grapes are hand-picked, and only the healthy bunches with optimum ripeness are selected. Grapes are de-stemmed and gently crushed, and the paste goes through a long maceration-fermentation under controlled temperature to extract aromas, body and colour, and a post-fermentative maceration. Afterwards, the malolactic fermentation takes place in tanks. Each type of grape is aged in American oak barrels, each grape separately, for a minimum of 18 months and in the bottle until it is released.
TASTING NOTES

Colour
Colour: Bright deep cherry colour with orange hues.
Nose
Nose: In the nose it is has a good intensity, complex. Aromas of black fruits, cacao, chocolate, tobacco. Mineral character.
Mouth
Mouth: In the mouth it is balanced and harmonious, wide, with rich and sweet tannins. Full-bodied and lingering.
FOOD PAIRING

Food pairing
Ideal to enjoy with game, meat, cold meat, magret of duck, mature cheese . Serve at 17o – 19oC.

Colour: Intense ruby red, with light violet reflexes.
Nose
Nose: The nose is dominated by aromas of red fruits and orange peel. Full-bodied, fruity and well-balanced.

Mouth: Sweet with nice level of acidity and red fruits overtones.

We select the best grapes of Moscatel at their arrival at the winery. Color: Straw yellow colour.
Nose
Nose: Is intense and complex with reminiscences to floral aromas such as orange blossom, citrus fruits, honey, dry fruits and confectionary.

Mouth: Well integrated sugars with a fine fruity acidity. Silky and persistent in the mouth.

Food pairing
Perfect to be enjoyed with aperitifs, foie and blue cheeses. Ideal to consume at the end of a meal with sweets, desserts, cakes or on the rocks. Recommended to be drunk chilled at 7oC.
